"Great experience from beginning to end with Barry and his team. Custom Plumbing & Heating did a bathroom remodel for us and an exterior septic project for us over the last couple months. Then we needed them at my business location for a leak and the serviceman came out the same day...an hour away from their shop! Starting with the scheduling and the ladies in the office the service was excellent. They kept us informed on the status of parts ordered and service dates and came out when they said they would...you know how hard it is to find contractors who show up when they say they're going to! The office staff came out to our home on a couple occasions and helped provide and select the right fixtures for our bathroom. Very nice to not have to shop all over for the fixtures that you want! The septic job was sizable but could have been twice the work but Barry and I communicated throughout and he was able to almost cut the job in half from what we originally thought it would take.
